The solution combines document classification, data extraction, and secure routing in one HIPAA-ready workflow designed for high-volume healthcare operations.

  • Handles scanned PDFs, faxes, images, templated forms, handwriting, and multi-page packets in one intake flow.
  • Extracts key healthcare fields including demographics, contact details, insurance data, ICD-10 codes, medications, and allergies.
  • Classifies each document so it can be routed to the appropriate department database or workflow.
  • Secures data with TLS, AES-256, role-based access controls, MFA, audit logging, and controlled PHI retention.

Solution

The product combines in-browser AES-256 encryption, one-time retrieval, multi-view sharing, timed deletion, secure file transfer, and AWS serverless delivery into a lightweight secure-sharing experience.

  • Encrypts messages in the browser using AES-256 so the content can only be decrypted with the special link generated at creation time.
  • Supports one-time retrieval by deleting a message from the database after it is opened, with no retained logs, records, or backups of the message content.
  • Allows multi-view messages for group and team use cases until the configured TTL expires.
  • Includes secure file sharing up to 4MB and runs on AWS serverless infrastructure for scalable global delivery.
